THE GREATEST WEALTH IS HEALTH
Healthy living is not a one-day business. In fact, it is an all-time commitment one should embark in, to stay healthy and happily. You don’t eat healthy food once in a while, don’t exercise once in a while, dont focus on your health or stay with positive mind set once in a while. Healthy living is supposed to be a daily habit. On the other hand, happiness is not getting all you want, but it is described of being contented with all you have while working towards betterment in achieving what you want. Whereas living problems are welcomed as inevitable challenges to make you stronger, because happiness in life is not the absence of problem but it is the ability to deal with them in a positive and healthy way.
