The Research, Industry, Community, Alumni and Network (RICAN) Office is helmed by the Deputy Dean (Research & Industrial Linkages) with the help of three Coordinators, one Senior Assistant Registrar, one Executive Officer and two Administrative Assistants. The office comprises two divisions: (1) Research and Innovation and (2) Industry, Community, and Alumni Network.

The Research and Innovation unit serves and helps all faculty members in research grant applications, publications, intellectual properties, consultation services as well as commercialization. The goal of Industry, Community, and Alumni Network unit is to develop new linkages and strengthen existing partnerships with industry, communities, alumni and other universities.
